Ms. Lenzo is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience leading the development and transformation of institutional investment programs within large, long-standing organizations. Ms. Lenzo served as the CEO & CIO of the Hershey Trust Company from January 2023 until June 2026 and as the CIO of Advocate Aurora Health and its predecessor company, Advocate Health Care, from September 2013 until December 2022. She is the recipient of numerous industry awards.
